Chris, They make EXCELLENT repeaters for ham use. We have a pair of Alinco DR-235 220mhz radios on our repeater. I interfaced them to an ACC RC-85 controller. The TX drives a TE Systems 100watt amplifier into a 6cavity sinclair duplexer. The RX has an ARR pre-amp with great results (little to no desense @ 100watts). Highly recommended.
