What is this two-way industry coming too? I telephoned Motorola this
morning at 800-4224210 and get passed along through several automated
prompts and when I finally got what appeared to be a "live" person it
was the wrong department. He then gave me a direct number at 800-4486686
for their two-way parts department. After hanging up and trying this
number, and after more automated prompts, I got a young lady and she
eventually informed me that I must order parts through a Moto dealer in
my area.
I wasted almost fifteen minutes going through this crap!
All I am looking for are the following parts for my MT-1000 VHF portable HT:
NTN-4812B ear phone adapter
8505816K01 "rubber duckie" VHF 136-150.8 mhz antenna
Anyone on this list have the above items and willing to sell to me
direct [for a reasonable amount]? Please email me off the list with your
suggestions and/or offer. Thanks!
