I have no info on the mic jax usage of Tk-805 other than to offer an alternative..... If you could dig up a couple TK-840 radios....are equipped to accept the KCT-19 Accessory Connection Cable Option for connecting external equipment. Which might be electronically easier to hook up for a repeater controller than the TK-805. Do a google search on repeater controllers will turn up a few options. Also, one site of many that offer some nice controllers, and that I have no monetary interest in:
