No,I not change the frequencies for the ham band.
What I do not understand, when I push the ptt button, the repeater transmit ok? And he passes on with the good frequency!
I do not find why he does not want to pass on by himself.
I verify switches and that seem correct.
That seems to be a problem of reception. Or I do not make thing Correctly. I do not know any more what to make.
And I not changed the original frequency.cannot be a problem Of VCO or of the duplexer.

Did you change the frequency into the ham band? If so, the VCO may need to
be changed to allow the new frequency to operate. Also, you probably need
to re-tune the duplexer if it came with one. Both of the R-100's I have
came with mobile-type duplexers attached to the cover.
What frequency was originally in it and what frequency did you program into
it?
