We use flat audio out of the rx and into the tx at the remote
site,carrier squelch! At the voter,each rx has its own pl decoder(s).
One pl for repeat,another for control. Then it goes thru a high pass
filter then to the controller. Each link tx has a touchtone decoder for
control and an id'er. Since the pl is from the user,the id which appears
on the tail doesnt get repeated. Setting levels is a bear on any voter
system,you want your link paths to be dead full quieting. Good luck in
