The jumper called JU551 is the one that controls whether you get flat or de-emphasized/muted audio on the accessory connector. It's location varies and depends on the radio.
MaxTracs and GM300s use different boards, so it matters which one you have. If you open the radio and get us the HLN number off the logic board (the one on the bottom, with the accessory connector on it), we can get a lot more specific. Meanwhile, if it IS a MaxTrac, there's (more than) plenty of info on www.repeater-builder.com Bob M. ====== --- [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > Hi all! > > Maybe I'm going blind (after reading all the small > print of the manual)! or > I just missed it somewhere... > > On the GM300 or Maxtrac: > > Is there a software spot or a control switch that > send flat audio to the 16 > pin accessory connector rather than pre-emp audio? > > Thanks Brian, WD9HSY __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
