Close: 147.585 is the input.
If UNYREPCO isn't interested in facilitating emergency & public service
communications via the establishment of a portapeater pair, you might check
the activity on those two frequencies listed above yourself & if you find
them to be unused, go ahead & tune up your portable repeater for it.

Not sure how that's supposed to work with amateur transceivers. AFAIK my
Alinco G5T HT only works in full duplex mode when cross-banding, so it will
feedback if I try to use a crossband repeater unless I use an earphone or
headphones. Same problem with my FT-8900.
