Thank you for interest on this PIC Controller. Regret for delayed
answer but here I will try to answer most points.

I agree that it is rather a DTMF controller but when I stated on this,
I thought of making a controller to control repeater power, antenna etc.

Size is too big. Right. I have now redesigned the PCB & have removed
the relays. Now relays (or digital gates) may be place where ever you
like to control fuction. With this, board has become smaller too.

Yes, schematic shows two sections & I wanted that way but while
designing PCB, I merged them up. (A mistake I think)

DTMF Control sequence is PW+ Relay Number + on or off, to switch
"on" and then to switch "off". Function is latching.

I will be happy to make a new board or design of any suitable
controller suggested or wanted by this group. 

Yes, documentation is not complete but I will work on it soon. I have
completed redesigning this board & will be posting revised info here soon.
