You can probably program both as normal radios - just
put tx and rx frequencies (and PL or DPL)in both. If
there's a failure, say, of a final amp, a quick swap
of accessory cables and antenna coax wil get you back
on the air.  Again, don't program TX power above about
50%, and use a fan on the TX radio heatsink, as htese
are not full duty cycle radios.

Don't know about the RICK, though. Look for files on
www.repeater-builder.com or www. batlabs.com for info.
