[Repeater-Builder] Duplexer notch adjust trimmer capacitor info.

I  am working on a 70cm Duplexer (Wacom) an I think the notchtrimmer
cap. are bad from a lighting hit , so want is the capacitance range of
the cap. ( 1-10pf  or  1-14pf or  2-16pf )
