This topic is very intersting, with out getting into big $ with the audio eq the simulcast solutions sells. start out with a basic resistor 100k or 6.8k on the output tx audio to reduce the loading effects i had this problem with a scom 7k to a motorola cdm 750 with the flat audio it took a bit to make the audio look clean on the spectrum. also i have used audio eq's to bring up the mids and highs for mobile reception generally as a rule make it sound and look clean on the band.as this is what the hobby is about trial and error. what we need to argue about here is why hams are losing tower sites all over the US with this nextel thing trying to replace ham radio uhf and vhf communications. what is up with that. just my 2 cents
