But from the ham radio aspect, cell phones aren't nearly as attention consuming as setting up your mobile whilst driving! By the way, my understanding is that after NYC put their cell phone ban in place, it had ZERO effects on accidents. Leave it to politicians to enact crap that doesn't work....
