I got in touch with Doyle Wofford of General Dynamics today. He figured it would likely require a new CRT, and referred me to Ricky Rivera in Elgin (Motorola) for repairs (800.323.6967). Ricky told me it's a $1,335 flat rate repair and suggests the display board is the problem. He also insists that I actually have a R2600A, not a R2600B.
