Mike, All of the MLS info you need is available here:
<www.repeater-builder.com/ge/lbi-master-list.html> Scroll down to locate the following manuals for the MLS radio: LBI-31756B, -31764A, -31765A, -31766A, -31767, -31768A, and -38424A. There is also a nearly complete listing for the MLS-II radio. Use Cntl-F to search for "MLS" to find LBIs for both MLS-I and II. Note that the MLS radio became known as the MLS-I, after the debut of the MLS-II. It's a good radio, rugged and reliable, but programming it requires writing the data to a plug-in PROM. You'll need to find someone with the equipment to write the data to the PROM chip. 73, Eric Lemmon WB6FLY -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Mike Reed Sent: Friday, February 16, 2007 10:30 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [Repeater-Builder] GE MLS I am looking for information, specs, etc on a GE MLS radio. I did a search on it, and there just isn't much on it. Are these good radios, how rugged are they, will they work in a repeater situation? Wondering mind wants to know... 73 Mike - N7ZEF
