Eric (and Mike): Luckily, it's a standard 2816 EEPROM so writing to the chip can be performed by any cheap E/EE programmer. Creating the BIN file is another story...... A Ham in Quebec needed the BIN file for an MLS about a week ago, so I burned a 2816 using the TQ2310, read it, then emailed him the BIN file.
