Jon: The 19D429656G1 circuit board is a line level compensating board. This board is mounted on the sheet metal wrap around on the voter assembly and interconnects to the voter module by jumper wires. LBI30768A describes the voting module with the compensating board. Line level input to the voter can vary between -25 dbm to 0 dbm, while the output level remains at -30 dbm ± 0.75 dbm. You should obtain this LBI before trying to set up these voter modules.
