OK, Barry - sounds like you're well on your way, then. I have one tuned to

Well I was tryingn to stumble through RSS without much luck. After
looking at lots of search hits, I found the 2,4,6,8 keys in an old
post on an archive related to BAT's. Just giving credit to a 2002
post by "Will"

excerpt:
echo KEY Function
echo 2 Move down within Menu
echo 4 Scroll back
echo 6 Scroll forward
echo 8 Move up within Menu
echo L List prog. options to display or printer
echo F Select special function
echo ESC Return to Main Menu
echo Enter Select option next to cursor or terminate data entry
echo Ctrl-C Quits the program

Its all pretty simple when you know this. duh!

I was trying to move an RX from 469 down to 448 and the VCO wouldn't
go that far without retuning. So I went back to the original freq,
tuned down 5 MHz, retuned the VCO (and repeat) until I got down
there. Same trick for TX. I'm not sure if anyone cares, but I may
write this up and put it in a file here. The radio tuned up nicely at
the low end of the band.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm close to done. Now tuning Celwave cans.
