Wes, I can help with some of the numbers. The TRE1201 is listed in MOL as "RCVR 4 FREQ 25KH" and is cancelled. The TLN4294 is a MICOR PL Tone Decoder board.
The 19D402308G8 is listed in my GE microfiche file as "HB UHF MASTR PRO EXCITER" and is described as intended for 470-512 MHz, 30 and 60 watt transmitters 4ET59H30 and 4ET60H30-41. It is 1 frequency, with Channel Guard. LBI-4432 covers this exciter. I am not familiar with GE Mastr Pro equipment, but I suspect that this exciter actually generates a VHF carrier which is then run through a tripler stage to get a UHF drive signal to the PA. That would account for your 158.925 MHz crystal, which would result in a TX of 476.775 MHz. However, Part 90 of the FCC Rules does list 158.925 MHz as a valid Public Safety frequency. 73, Eric Lemmon WB6FLY -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Wes Bunker Sent: Wednesday, May 09, 2007 9:32 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: [Repeater-Builder] Re: Motorola Board identity I do not have pix, but here are some board numbers: TLN6733 appears to be an audio board TRE1201 appears to be a receiver HLF 4068B appears to be a 800 mhz txcvr TLN 4294 tone board ?? TLE 8051 UHF?? it has a xtal mid-board marked 11700.00 and soldered in. TLD 8620 ( perhaps 8820) with a cylindrical part marked PH775. tone board?? I also have a TX board that appears to be GE marked D402308G8 REV. C with a xtal marked 158.925. Locating a schematic will assist in figuring out power connections. Tons of fun!!! Hope someone can help identifying these boards, then I can possibly identify some of the components. Then ask group members here to view the on-line picture to see if they can id the parts... cheers, skipp > "wesbflyer" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Is there a way I can identify Mot boards from the ink-stamped > number on the board?
