Jay, My local tower guy told me 5 foot max between supports. If the coax moves in big winds, it'll make noise. I'd avoid the EMT clamps. Use real coax stainless clamps. the EMT clamps hold the coax against the 2 rails of the uni-strut. Those 2 edges are a little sharp if you get the clamps too tight and will distort the feedline.
