2d question only. If you have adjacent channel repeaters close to you, something is wrong with your frequency coordinators. 2 mtrs has enough trouble with 600 khz spacing, to expect 16 khz is ludicrous. The only solution for adjacent channel repeaters is distance. -- 73,
