There's very little difference between the Maxar, Moxy, and Maxar 80, and I 
have taken several mid-split (151 - 162) Maxars and Moxy's to 2 meters with no 
modification at all.  I've used 'em for voice and packet.

I did have one that I couldn't get to tune up below 145 TX without padding the 
PA, however.  The parts list is a good reference for how much, and where, to 
add padding caps if needed.  If it's a high split, don't bother...  you can 
pick up a mid-split on E-Bay for $15 or less.  (ALWAYS ask for the stamped 
chassis number or current crystal frequency before bidding!)
