Unless you got OEM pricing with Comm Spec think you pay retail.

The TS64DS is also avialable at AES.  Might be little easier to deal with than 
Tessco or the like.  I do like Tessco.

Get the TS64DS.  It has the dip switches.  The raw TS64 has solder pads to 
select the freq.

I buy about 50/yr and they are great decoder/encoder.  Small, easy to interface 
with the supplied cable/connector and lots of features not just decode and 
encode.  They also do some of their features in a better way.
