Not being familiar with the NFCC Voting system ... I'm looking for enlightenment.
(Snip) Under the NFCC's proportional voting system, 93 votes were cast in favor of the motion by 19 members, and 54 against by 11 members. (Snip) Please explain ... 147 votes by 30 people..?? (Sounds like a Political financed, Florida Group doing the voting) I am not taking issue with the subject ... I would just like to know how proportional voting works. And reasons why one member gets more votes than others? Age, Size, Meanest Spouse??? Larry - N7FM
