i dont know if it was mention,
dont forget 3 ird harmonic,increase on tx output may create harmonics too,,
we had this experience here on a multi-user radio site.
one increase ,without the autorisation from Industrie-Canada  his tx power and 
all suddents many complaints arrived on their bureau from this region.
they were cause by this increase,
you must have the equivalent in filtration too .
