I don't know if MARS is exempt from the same deadlines as the rest of the feds, but VHF should have narrowbanded already. And I swear I remember someone saying that it needed to be P25 compliant as well. Again, I know that's the case with most fed agencies. -- Jim Barbour WD8CHL
