You don't mention whether this is for commercial or amateur use. The internal controller will work just fine for commercial use.
For amateur use, we have been using an Arcom RC-210 for a couple years now with good results. It is available either as a kit or assembled and tested. This controller seems to have the most features for the price of any that I have seen.
