Al, I've got the full chasis for a VHF repeater with everything (receiver, controller, exciter, low power PA), I do not have the external Power supply, but have managed to get it powered up by applying power to the correct connector (minus the 5v on the connector). I was wondering if a VHF amp of any type would work for the high power PA?
