Look for the three 10 ohm reistors in paralell, R14, Rr154,& R156 from colector to emitter of Q 5 the pass transistor. Increasing their value will reduce the so-called "Complete" charging current. http://www.repeater-builder.com/motorola/genesis/mva/mva-schematic- 2.gif
