Mike,

I said I wouldn't post again on this subject but here is one more
anyway:-)

I understand completely about health or other personal problems
getting in the way of your hobby but this is a little different. Many
people are depending on you to do a job you volunteered to do. In fact
in this case you have a lot of money and time in your system and the
FCC looks at that coordination in case of interference. To me if I
volunteer to do something and am unable to do it I'll either step
down, get help or even get temporary help to keep things going until
I'm back on my feet.

I don't have any hard feelings about Tim. What ever happened to him
and Mike isn't my business and I hope they are both OK. Looks like
SERA would be big enough to keep up with the directors and get them
help if they need it. I know for a fact that others have offered to
help the KY directors and nothing was ever said of the offer.

IMHO KY deserves to have the best we can get as far as directors. If
it is too hard of a job for Tim & Mike then get Billy Bob in
Louisville, Joe Bob in Russellville and Jim Bob in Middlesboro to help
and break the state down into districts...If you check the Journal we
have less repeaters than most states. Not that we need more but we do
need to have an active coordination council in this area.
