One other comment.
If at only 50 ft and this is where you plan staying for a while I would go with one of the Diamond or Comet longer dual banders. They do work...just not as rugged and lots cheaper than folded dipoles or RFS 220.
Normally I would not recommed this except you are low, antenna can be changed easily. The commercial antennas will last decades, but for what you have I would not be spending lots of money on this system.
