Hello Tyler, I am pretty sure the voter require discriminator (flat RX), in order to evaluate the SNR correctly. Using pin 11 on Maxtrac is fine but make sure you change JU551 to the A position. (see http://batlabs.com/maxrad.html 9600 baud packet conversion)
You will probably have to de-emphase the audio signal out of the voter, to feed your TX, unless you have a flat TX input available. 73, VA2MAA
