Greetings
After thinking about this I recall the RIC ( EFJ ) system which locked out a
system at the controller level. My application requires a function to lock out
a channel and allow another duplicated channel repeater to take over for a
predetermined time interval. Using a mobile responding to the LTR protocol will
take too much time I think...A mobile will fitinto this scheme however in the
detection of a channel busy situation. I guess I am seeking a controller
device which will see the initial handshake - The system assigned to this will
then take over the control of a single channel which will beunavailable to the
rest of the Trunking group(s).
