Are you *sure* you mean "watchdog timer", or do you mean "Timeout timer"??

I am sure that the watchdog timer in the modules are not causing troubles for 
you. If they are, there is a reason why they are tripping and there are other 
problems in the modules.

If you are talking about the timout timers, they can be disabled through the 
programming software. You say that you don't have a way to program them. 
Realize you can build a R100 programming cable by using the info here:

As far as software goes: you can dig around the internet or ask someone if they 
have a copy they can send you privately.
