Hmmm, you know, I do believe I had them mixed up.
It is the timeout timer that is in question.

Thank you Scott, I will give this a whack and see what happens.
Now to see if I can find my Dos diskettes and see if I can slow my 
pentium 400mhz computer down enough to do the deed.
Then again I can always take the modules out and send them off to be 
programmed if need be..
