You can try making a cable up that is shorter than you need, then stacking up adapters until you get the proper length. When you find the proper combination of cable and adapters, put it on your test equipment and see what it measures. Then make an equivalent length cable. I have used right angle adapters when lowering the frequency of a duplexer to prove that a longer cable is required.
