The side arm is made of welded aluminum and the top arm or stabilizer is PVC. Last check of the antenna the radials were tight and nothing in the near field that I can find is loose.
Hopefully this weekend we will be able to have a close look at everything and do some testing to determine where the problem may be. Thanks for the help.
