Gary, The new Military Specification for the UG-58/U panel jack is M39012/04-0002, available here: <www.dscc.dla.mil/Downloads/MilSpec/Docs/MIL-PRF-39012/prf39012ss4.pdf> The only panel jack that meets the Mil-Spec has a silver-plated brass body, a gold-plated center contact, and a PTFE (Teflon) dielectric. Be very careful to choose a high-quality connector, since you're planning to use it in the 900 MHz band. You definitely don't want a nickel-plated jack, due to its tendency to generate PIM. You should also avoid other dielectrics, which may be lossy.
The most recent Qualified Products List for this jack shows only four manufacturers: Amphenol #82-368 Automatic Connector #20-48001-003 Delta #1113-000-A33E Kings #KN-79-70 There are many other suppliers of high-quality panel jacks, including RF Connectors, Inc., but they have not been granted Mil-Spec approval. Beware of "El Cheapo" connectors which vendors claim to be "Mil-Spec" but in fact are not produced by one of the four qualified manufacturers listed above. It's still an N female, four-hole chassis mount. Mouser p/n 523-82-97-RFX Over 1000 in stock, cost under $5.
