Dear RB,
I am putting together a 2 meter repeater and it will have a split site
configuration. I plan on linking the 2 meter RX with the 2 meter TX via
440MHZ link. Has anyone done this which could help me with ideas about
how to identify the main 2 meter TX and the 440 link TX. Will I need to
hear redundant ID's? The only way I could come up with was to have two
separate repeaters, one with 2 meters in and 440 out, the other with
440 in and 2 meters out and have separate controllers on each with
their own separate ID. Am I way off?
