No. As long as an ID from the UHF link is repeated out on 2M, it's OK. 
Use as secure a link as you can though-ie, odd-ball freq, and a 
non-standard PL or DPL. Something that normal made-for-ham rigs won't 
do, to keep people from playing with it.
