Good Price and Tech support if needed , Also I got tired of waiting
until Every Wed for the NWS To send A Test to make sure the Unit was
Turning off and on Properly ,
So I was able to obtain the Test files and use My Motorola Ser Monitor
to test it anytime I wanted. I do not thank that a Fixed set Time would
work because No one know how long a Message will be , if To Short You
would have a keyed Repeater if To long You will shut it off before the
Message is done . I did set the Incoming Sig and Audio from a repeater
user will override in case of An Emergency like Storm spotting and the
Tornado winds up Chasing You
The comment on the Amber Alert , Well if it was one of My Children or
Grandkids I would want to the Message to go out as Fast as Possible and
as Many ways ,
Great Program and it is Nation wide, Setting it up is a Community
Service and if You have it on Your Repeater that's up to You and the
Members it can be turned off.
