http://www.omnitronics.com.au/RadiooverIP.html These units work very well - they will regenerate CTCSS and DTMF signalling and will pass Motorola TRC tones absolutely fine (I know from experience). Not all that cheap but when properly setup they are very reliable. Omnitronics are also responsive with tech support.
