I need to tune the VCO for my amateur frequency in the TKR-750. Does this unit need to be hooked to the computer and set in some way before tuning? I am at the very low end of what the repeater will program to at 147.060 and I can't get the right voltage on the Test Point by tuning the capacitor. The voltage is well below what it should be.
