The Quantar SAM FRU part number is TLN3364. It probably won't come with documentation so you'll want 6881127E40. The Quantar SAM RSS is RVN4110.
Getting the staion configured correctly with SAM and wildcard programming is not something you want to attempt at the average tower site. You'll do much better in the shop where you can spread out all the manuals and take your time.
