Will get back to you on the 450MHz cavity model # later (They're at work).
Must have missed the W6's comment about can size for other modes. I'll re-read 
with the concentration factor wound up a notch... 

In your experimentation, were you using 4" diam 450 MHz cans operated at 3/4 
wave for 1296 or 4" cans at 1/4 wave (stubbies !) for 1296 ?
