Mr. Kelsey, I was unable to open or read your attachment.  I too am intreested 
in the subject of proper grounding and lightning protection.  Would you please 
repost that link or the document in some other manner?  
Thank you and I appreciate many of the contributions you have made to this 
hobby and radio in general over the years.
