On the Motorola side for FPP, you'd pretty much be limited to HT1550 (bling, hard to find used, need fpp battery) or JT1000 (hard to find as well, need FPP key/dongle).
The Icom IC-F40GT was rumored to have FPP, but I've not seen a valid example surface (and all the tricks I have seen, I've tried and they don't work on my own IC-F40GT).
