Agreed Bob, the only CTCSS decoders I've ever seen false on ANYTHING  
in recent years are the crappy ones the Ham manufacturers still put in  
their mobile and handheld rigs.  No commercial decoder REGULARLY  
falses these days, nor did they 30 years ago if you bought quality  
brands back then.

Add an anti-kerchunk delay on the repeater controller if you like,  
"just in case" -- and it'll never key up on anything that's not really  
a user signal.
