We have an NHRC-7 on our VHF Mastr2 tied to our UHF GR1225... Once the audio
levels were balanced out properly, it's been rock solid.

The ARCOM controllers are very popular in the neck of the woods... But for a
simple EmCom repeater network like the one we operate, the bells and
whistles tend to get in the way... Less money on controllers and more money
on antennas, feedline and filtering :)

If you're just looking for a club or ragchew machine, the Arcom & RLC
controllers are a great fit (as long as they fall within your budget)...

A local club just "upgraded" from Mastr2s with RLCs to Kenwood repeaters
with Arcoms... And then "upgraded" the interconnections with LMR400... DOH!
