  Sorry, but that is what I was told by a Tait representative who calls on the 
fire and police folks in my area, thanks for the clarification-and I do 
remember now hearing that it was taken over by the trust-sorry-still a good

    I was suprised by that as well, i thought that when Sir Angus Died 
management of the company was taken over by a Charitable trust that was set up 
by him to continue in business but distribute part of the profits to Charitable 
causes predecided by him.
