Is that supposed to be 0.75V peak-to-peak or RMS?

Either way, if audiotest.wav is playing a tone (I'm guessing that's what
is?), why not just use the AF analyzer screen, and set the input to "AUDIO
IN" and read the value numerically rather than using the scope?
